They did help me out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a while to get replies, which was kind of annoying. Basically, if you’re not in a big rush, they’ll get to it eventually.

I ordered from Joie Baby it showed up way faster than I was expecting, which was such a nice surprise. I also got updates along the way, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where my order was or when it might arrive. The whole process felt really smooth and straightforward, and I was genuinely happy with how quick everything was. I’d definitely order from them again...

I was relieved to find the stroller I wanted actually in stock here, especially after checking a few other sites with no luck. The colour I liked most was sold out, but there were still enough options that I didn’t feel too stuck. I also found the delivery info clear enough, which always makes me feel a bit more confident ordering. I’d use them again.

I bought our Joie stroller last year and it’s had a lot of use, pavements, in and out of the car boot, holidays, the lot. It still feels sturdy and nothing has snapped, loosened, or started feeling flimsy. The wheels are showing a bit of wear now, but I’d expect that with how much we’ve used it. The only small downside is that the fabric seems to mark fairly easily, but it’s not a huge deal for me. Overall, I’ve been really happy with how well it’s held up

I’m frustrated with this stroller. It looks nice enough, but actually using it is a pain. The wheels don’t turn smoothly and it keeps getting caught on the smallest cracks or bumps, which is exactly the kind of issue I was hoping to avoid this time. Steering with one hand is basically out of the question, especially in stores or tighter spaces. I bought it thinking it would make everyday trips easier, but it just feels heavy, awkward, and tiring to deal with. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered this for my baby’s age, but it ended up fitting smaller than I thought it would. The quality seems fine and all, I just wish the size guide was a little more clear. Had to exchange it, which was kinda annoying, but not the end of the world.

The design is really neat, way better than I expected it to be. It actually looks like some thought went into it, which was a nice surprise.

I still like the product, but the customer service used to be a lot better. This time it took way too long to get a response, and I had to send a follow-up email just to get a basic update. When they finally replied, it was short and didn’t really help much. i expected better.

So... I’ve been really happy with this. It feels sturdy, secure, and I don’t find myself worrying about it at all. Definitely gives me peace of mind...

I bought this from Joie Baby and overall the product is decent. It feels sturdy and well made, but I do feel a bit misled about how easy it would be to carry around. It’s heavier than I expected, especially when folded, so it’s not great for quick trips. It works fine for keeping in the car, but portability could definitely be better. 3 stars from me.

I was expecting it to feel a little sturdier, but the build comes off kind of flimsy. You can tell quickly when you pick it up that it doesn’t feel as solid as I’d hoped...

I was a little worried I might get fooled by the pictures, but so far my kid seems comfy enough using it. No complaints from them, which is usually a good sign.

The fabric kinda traps crumbs, and stains don’t really wipe off that easily. I expected cleanup to be quick, but it ends up taking way longer than I thought.

I ordered this from joiebaby and it showed up just fine, no issues with delivery or anything like that. Getting it installed was where it got a little mixed for me. The videos were actually helpful, but the paper instructions had a few parts where I wasn’t totally sure what they meant by that. I ended up redoing the belt path twice before it finally felt right. Once it was in properly, it felt secure and has been working fine. I just wish the install guide was a bit simpler, especially for first-time parents like us.

It stores really well and feels convenient overall. The only small downside is that it does take up a bit of trunk space, but it’s still a solid buy.

The straps and recline adjust really quickly with no fuss at all. Why can’t everything be this easy??

I thought the product itself was okay, nothing amazing but not terrible either. The frustrating part came when I decided to return it. I expected it to be quick and straightforward, but it took forever to get a response, and the refund felt like it dragged on way longer than it should have. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but i was expecting the whole process to be a lot smoother.

My baby gets fussy in this quickly, and I kind of wonder if they made the padding look better than it actually feels. It seems a little thin, and the straps dig in just enough to make me suspicious that comfort wasn’t exactly the top priority here. Maybe it works for some babies, but mine was not buying it.
